At Arrival Hall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
